Cancellation

Cancellations received in writing by September 15, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations on or after September 15, 2025 or no-shows will not be refunded or the registration fee will remain due.

If you have registered and wish to cancel your registration, you can propose a replacement participant at any time.

Disclaimer

The congress organizers and the congress organization decline all responsibility for damage to property and personal injury that may arise in connection with the congress. Likewise, there is no entitlement to compensation in the event of changes to the program or non-appearance of speakers or cancellation of sessions published in the scientific program. Participants take part in all events of this conference at their own risk.

Force majeure (uncontrollable events)

If the Congress cannot be held as planned for reasons beyond our control (including predicted or actual storms, earthquakes, floods and disasters), war, threats or acts of terrorism, epidemics or disease outbreaks, travel advisories issued by a government agency or the World Health Organization in relation to Zurich, all registration fees already paid (less a CHF 100 processing fee) will be refunded in accordance with the above refund policy. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims, costs or expenses of any kind due to cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or modification of the congress.

Insurance

Den Teilnehmern wird empfohlen, ihre persönlichen Versicherungen, wie Reise-, Kranken- und Unfallversicherung, selbst abzuschliessen. Der Veranstalter und die Kongressorganisation lehnen jegliche Haftung für Sach- und Personenschäden ab.
